Looming over you as you sleep
I can’t help but to be envious of your human form
I come before you with malicious intent
I’ve come to take from you the very thing that I’ve lost
Open your door and let me dwell inside
I desire to be born amongst the living
Unlock the cage in which your soul resides
I must be complete again
Envious
I stare at your flesh
Envious
I feel your breath
Envious
I watch your heart beat
Envious
You don’t deserve it
The darkness has voided me of mortality
Eternally deprived of life
As you wake you’re paralyzed in terror
I move in closer as you’re gasping for air
Let me in you worthless fucking coward!
Let me in!
Let me inside!
Let me in you worthless fucking coward!

Quite possibly the most full-on album I've ever listened to. Intense, and then some. 'Digital Tarpit' could describe both the track and the whole album: high-pitched guitar squeals that make your fillings itch coupled with merciless, suffocating heaviness. The Avenell-esque vocals top it off perfectly.
Brilliant - punishing, but brilliant. jim_fuego
